a. Warranties/Guarantees do not cover any retail purchase.
b. Warranties/Guarantees do not transfer from original purchaser.
An RMA is issued is for specific items. Please do not include any extra or different items in your RMA return. We will make no acknowledgement of added items or opened product that does not qualify for return. If shorted for RMA refund, product cost will be deducted .
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return product to SmokeTip.com.
SmokeTip : 30-day Money Back Guarantee – All SmokeTip.com purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase date for refund ( Promotional Complete items must be included , if applies. If not complete , product cost will be deducted for each promotional item )
a. Product return must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date.
b. Cartridge refills can be returned, only if unopened and the foil seal has not been broken in the complete refill pack (s)
c. If the cartridge 5 pack in a kit is opened, $10 will be deducted from the return amount on a kit.
d. Any cartridge return for refund must include the Original of Free Battery , Free Charger Combo and/ or Complete Starter Kit (if it was part of the order). If it is not included, deduction would be made from your refund
Product Warranties – SmokeTip Accessories are covered by a 90-day warranty from purchase date. All Warranty returns must follow the RMA procedures above. In addition -
a. Product returns must be postmarked within 90 days of purchase date.
b. Replacements will be processed, within 5 business days of receipt and allowing 3-5 business days from ship date for ETA
c. SmokeTip Cartridges are not covered by our product warranty.
SmokeTip Cartridge Exchange Requests - For Cartridge exchanges, the following conditions must be met:
a. All Exchanges must follow the RMA procedures above.
b. If the exchange is due to a flavor change/mg level request from what was originally ordered, your account will be charged for reshipping costs (minimum charge $3). We will ship exchanges within 5 business days of receipt (allow 3-5 business days from ship date for arrival) .
c. Cartridges can be exchanged only if unopened, foil seal has not been broken, and the return is postmarked within 30 days of purchase date.
Lifetime Battery Warranty - Smoketip.com purchase batteries are covered by a lifetime warranty, subject to the following conditions:
a. All RMA procedures outlined above are followed.
b. There is a Strict 3 Battery Limit per month . No exceptions!
c. Within 5 business days of receipt, customer will be informed that their RMA has been received and will be offered two choices:
1 - Replacement battery(s) can be sent with next order from SmokeTip.com, free of charge
OR 2- Customer may opt to pay a $9.50 processing fee for each replacement battery to have the battery (s) sent next business day and allowing 3-5 business days from ship date for ETA .
d. If battery request is made with a product warranty item - the battery (s) will be shipped with product warranty item following the processing time frame and processing fee of $9.50 per battery will be applied.
Please note :
1. We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
2. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.

Since SmokeTip Cartridges are a consumable item, they can not be
returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase date for any reason.
4. While evaluating our product, please be sure to not open additional sealed packs of cartridges - if they are used- they cannot be returned and cannot be refunded.
