The SmokeTip Electronic Cigarette can be used legally almost anywhere and everywhere, where traditional smoking is prohibited. The Smoking Health Act Ban, refers to smoking tobacco or anything which contains tobacco, or being in possession of any other lit substances in a form in which it could be smoked. The SmokeTip Electronic Cigarette does not burn and the "smoke" is actually a harmless vapor mist, and therefore there is no breach of the Health Act in using our Electronic Cigarette.
