SmokeTip.com packages ship on a Monday - Friday Business Day Schedule ( excluding all USPS holidays )

All orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement - excluding weekends and holidays.  All orders arrive, on average, 3 business days from ship date but can take as long as 7 business days  from ship date. USPS site provides anticipated delivery dates, not guaranteed by USPS or SmokeTip.com.

First Class shipping is 2-6 business days from ship date.

Priority Mail shipping is 1-3 business days from ship date.

Express 1-2 business days from ship date

Please keep Holidays and Weekends in mind when tracking they do NOT count as business days when you are expecting a package.  Our delivery times are based on business days from ship date. USPS occurs some delays in the month of December due to excess packages - order accordingly.  Delays by 1-2 business days can also occur after all holidays, unpredictable weather (depending upon location)  and during promotional periods.

If at LEAST 7 BUSINESS DAYS have not passed since your order shipped  -  please DO NOT send a request to check the status of your order . 

If you did not receive your package but tracking shows successful delivery , please call your local post office or 1-800- ASK-USPS  to file a CLAIM. USPS TRACKING NUMBER  will be requested to file a claim, not you SmokeTip.com order number. SmokeTip.com is not responsible for USPS scanned delivered  packages.  USPS or SmokeTip.com is not responsible for customer address errors entered when ordering - this will show delivery status as delivered for package. 

If package is returned to SmokeTip.com by means of USPS tracking a resend can be made with original shipping charges implemented to customer by opening a help desk support ticket with acknowledgement of terms.

If your tracking stops before processing or sorting in your state Post Office location, and is past estimated time of arrival please open a help desk support ticket for a courtesy resend. Terms of resending packages will be given if both packages (original and resend) are received.

If your tracking stops after processing or sorting  in your state Post Office location, after Completed sort,  or out for delivery status -  but not a successful delivery or update and had not been received - the post office who has the package must be contacted.  SmokeTip.com is not responsible for package if local status is made by USPS tracking.

On occasion, your package may experience a Misroute by USPS.  Please allow ample duration from notice executed for delivery.  An estimation can be made by using misroute stage as original ship date.

SmokeTip.com is not responsible for any return (to or from) marked RETURN TO SENDER (RTS).

Customers need to file any claims with USPS directly if needed.  We cannot file any claims for you.  We do pay for shipping to include scanned tracking confirmation by USPS .  Only orders over $500 are insured.

Helpful Tips

Ship Date The date in which an order leaves our fulfillment center.  SmokeTip.com' s ship date (next business day from placement )  is when order is pulled in from "awaiting fulfillment " to create a label for packaging, resulting in a tracking number provided by USPS. Notification of shipment will be made immediately with hold time of 24 hours for tracking to show progress.  Order will then be filled (after packing label/slip is generated) .

Processed  When your order is awaiting USPS pickup. The date in which an order is pulled in to main system, packing label/slip is generated and holding on pick up from USPS .   On Holidays, Weekends or after hours an order may be processed but not shipped (picked up from USPS)  until following business day which is the ship date.

Awaiting Fulfillment  Your order is accepted and is holding on packing label/slip to be generated.
