Special Circumstances

If a packing error is made from the original order placed Help Desk support must be notified within 48 hours of receipt per tracking of delivery confirmation. Exchange must be complete & original.  No partial or incomplete exchange will be made and an RMA must be obtained.

1. We will refund first class shipping price paid within 2 business days of receipt for shipping incurred (any extra confirmations or upgrade in shipping method will not be honored in refund) If return is not postmarked by time frame provided stated in RMA issued  -RMA will be denied. 

2. We do not ship before obtainment.  When we receive, RMA is processed within 2 business days of receipt.

SmokeTip Kit Complete refills only pertain (exception: kit error, complete sleeve) 

SmokeTank Complete liquids only pertain .

4. An RMA is issued is for specific items. Please do not include any extra or different items in your RMA return. We will return any RMA packages that include items not covered by the original RMA or make no acknowledgement of added items.

If there is an issue with the first and second cartridge within a refill pack (only exception for opened refill exchange) a ticket must be opened immediately and we will  make a pre-determination if further should be removed (used) or just possibly replace complete pack. Information that would be needed:   How many were removed and how many are in the foil wrap?  EX:  You have 3 refill packs = 6  sleeves - how many in each sleeve have been removed and how many complete sleeves remain.  With this the customer must send back first before exchange can be made.

1. The cartridge purchase must be made from our website (SmokeTip.com). The customer does need to pay for shipping the cartridges in question - back to SmokeTip.com with RMA information, if approved.

2. Since Cartridges are a consumable item, they can not  be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase date for any reason.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. While evaluating our product,  please be sure to not open additional sealed packs of cartridges / liquids - if they are used-  they cannot be returned and cannot be refunded.

2. Cartridges / Liquids from any promotion/gift certificate or referral  can not exchanged for any reason. Flavor/mg chosen at time of placement - must remain. This includes, but not limited to, any free item.
