SmokeTip® orders over $59 are shipped USPS Priority Mail® FREE and most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. All orders under $59 will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive in 2-6 days. Please be sure to choose your desired shipping option at checkout. We currently only ship in the USA.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement - excluding weekends and holidays. All orders arrive, on average 3 business days from ship date and can take as long as 7 business days. USPS does not guarantee delivery times or dates. If you choose USPS Express shipping they do not guarantee a delivery time.
All packages are processed within 24 hours of order placement and ship Monday through Friday excluding all USPS holidays. USPS provides anticipated delivery dates, and they do not guarantee delivery dates.
First Class shipping is 2-6 business days from ship date.
Priority Mail shipping is 1-3 business days from ship date.
Express 1-2 business days from ship date
Please keep Holidays and Weekends in mind when tracking they do NOT count as business days when you are expecting a package. USPS occurs some delays in the month of December due to excess packages so order accordingly. Delays by 1-2 business days can also occur after all holidays, unpredictable weather (depending upon location) and during promotional periods.

Before choosing Express as your delivery method, we suggest you determine the delivery time before you order on USPS's website. you must see if your zip code is 1 or 2 business day shipping method.
When you visit the link above, you will need to enter YOUR zip code, the shipping date, and select Priority Mail Express flat rate box. After doing so, you will see the estimated delivery time.
If you would like signature confirmation please open a Help Desk Ticket making this request. The request must be made within 15 minutes of placing your order and a $5 charge will be applied to your order.to card manually.
If your tracking stops before processing or sorting in your state Post Office location, and is past estimated time of arrival please open a help desk support ticket for a courtesy resend. Terms of resending packages will be given if both packages (original and resent items) are received. If your tracking stops after processing or sorting in your state Post Office location, after Completed sort, or out for delivery status - but not a successful delivery or update and had not been received - the post office who has the package must be contacted. We are is not responsible for package if local status is made by USPS tracking.
On occasion, your package may experience a Misroute by USPS. Please allow ample duration from notice executed for delivery. An estimation can be made by using misroute stage as original ship date.
You need to file any claims with USPS directly, if needed. We cannot file any claims for you. We do pay for shipping to include scanned tracking confirmation by USPS. Only orders over $500 are insured.
Processed When your order is awaiting USPS pickup. The date in which an order is pulled in to main system, packing label/slip is generated and holding on pick up from USPS . On Holidays, Weekends or after hours an order may be processed but not shipped (picked up from USPS) until following business day which is the ship date.
